Tour de Steamboat Raises $40,000

Tour de Steamboat 2010 was a huge success for everyone involved, but especially for the Sunshine Kids. More than $40,000 was raised to benefit this group of amazing kids battling cancer. The 6th annual tour consisted of a 25, 40 and 100 mile road bike rides through the Yampa Valley. Organizers say they are already planning the 2011 ride, www.tourdesteamboat.com

Prudential Steamboat Realty's former marketing veteran Laura Cusenbary is an organizer of the event and said they raised more money and had more participants than expected. Laura is responsible for Prudential Steamboat's sponsorship of the Sunshine Kids for the past 4 years. We look forward to having the Sunshine Kids in Steamboat Springs again this winter!
