Amy is a longtime local and licensed Realtor with over 20 years of real estate experience in Steamboat Springs.  Amy joined The Boyd team in 2003 as the Listings and Transaction Manager.  Her main focus is to oversee The Boyd Team's day-to-day management of each listing, as well as the  countless details of each and every transaction.  From the time you sign the listing contract to the day of closing, Amy's attention to detail will ensure the listing and selling process will go as smoothly as possible.  She spends countless hours working with various management companies, other Realtors, homeowner's associations, title companies, Short Sale facilitators and attorneys on the lengthy behind-the-scene details to provide a smooth buying and selling process.  With her real estate knowledge, attention to detail and experience in the area, you're sure to receive the highest level of service possible.
