Beth Postemski

A Connecticut native, Beth came to Steamboat Springs in December of 1985 on college break and stayed. She quickly fell into the Yampa Valley Curse and never went back. Beth was introduced to the real estate profession in 1996 working as a sales broker for the American Ski Company and advanced quickly to become the Director of Sales. After completing that project she became Employing Broker for two other local developments; Sidney Peak Ranch and Ski Town Lifestyle Properties. She has over 15 years of experience in resort real estate sales, marketing, master planning and development and is most currently working as a Broker Associate for Prudential Steamboat Realty. Beth also owns and operates the Elkhead River Ranch, a successful horse boarding business just outside of Hayden. 25 plus years of local knowledge and a passion to help connect people with their dreams gives Beth the repeat business that makes her the success that she is today.
