Kim Kreissig is a registered broker with Prudential Steamboat Realty. Since 2004, she has consistently earned Top Producer status with the firm and was named the 3rd largest producer in the State of Colorado in the 4th Quarter of 2010. Kim hallmark is building long-standing, quality relationships with her clients. She is proud to say that most of her buyers and sellers ultimately become good personal friends! As well, Kim and her husband Peter run a diversified group of investment, development, and construction companies in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The “Kreissig Enterprise” began in 1994 when Peter formed K and K Builders, Inc., a general contracting company. Kim Kreissig joined the operation in 1997 after graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in Finance. The two have grown the business exponentially over in the last 17 years and today run one of the most successful development operations in Routt County.


The primary focus for the Kreissig companies is land development. Kim and Peter operate various (approximately fifteen) entities for the distinct purpose of investing in raw land, developing residential and mixed-use parcels, and the eventual construction of their development projects. The cornerstone of Kreissig Homes has and will continue to be offering clients the greatest value for their dollar spent. The philosophy has yielded the Kreissigs a loyal group of followers and excellent “word of mouth” marketing representation.
