Stephanie Fairchild

Stephanie is a Realtor/Broker Associate that joined forces with Cam Boyd and The Boyd Team in 2004 when she moved to Steamboat Springs from Boulder. She works with both buyers and sellers, and always has the current market knowledge to help her clients navigate through real estate successfully. Stephanie works in all areas of Routt county including Steamboat Springs, Stagecoach, Oak Creek, Yampa,  Hayden, and Clark. The Boyd Team also includes a full time Transaction Manager as well as a Marketing Coordinator ensuring that all the many details are taken care of efficiently.

Stephanie grew up with 2 sisters in a small town in western Massachusetts. After graduating from East Longmeadow High School, she moved to Colorado where she attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. Here she fell in love with the outdoor lifestyle and also met her husband, Bob. After college graduation, they worked in sales together while opening and running a small business on the "University Hill" in Boulder. During this time, Stephanie continued her education by obtaining her real estate license. In 2004, they moved to Steamboat to be closer to the world class skiing in "Ski Town USA." They now live in Stagecoach, located south of Steamboat at the Stagecoach Reservoir, and Stephanie serves on the board of directors for the Stagecoach Property Owner’s Association. She enjoys skiing, hiking and biking in her spare time, as well as having fun with her toddler, Michael.
